Intel the biggest computer chipmaker yesterday face gas leakage problem in their manufacturing plant. This plant is the second biggest manufacturing plant of Intel. Due to this problem, 43 people were sickened in which 11 people hospitalized.
After the gas leakage, one building at sprawling processing plant was evacuated. Battalion Chief Tome Dwiggins, a fire-department spokesman in Chandler, Ariz., a suburb of Phoenix told that they found this leakage by using nitrogen triflouride.
The spokesman of the company told to the media that it happens due to the leakage in the manufacturing tool of silicon-wafer fabrication facilities.
The workers near to this facility when find problem in breathing and other facing symtoms. About 75 firefigthers were called to the campus on early yesterday.
So after the identification of the faulty tool, they offline it and resume their plant.
